My name is Kiana Webb. I am a devoted mother, visionary entrepreneur, and authentic leader. But more than any title, I am a woman who has walked through fire, and chosen to rise whole.

From the basketball court to the boardroom, from raising children to running companies, my path has been shaped by faith, forged in discipline, and refined by the unseen hand of purpose.For years, I lived by every measure of outward success, leading high-performing teams, scaling businesses, honoring my family’s legacy.

And yet... even in the midst of achievement, something in me whispered: There is more. More truth. More presence. More alignment with who I truly am. So I listened. And I turned inward. That turn became a revolution. And from that revolution, Glorious Arisings was born.

More than a company, it is an intentional space, a platform for remembrance. A living path where individuals and leaders return to their truth, rise in their purpose, and reclaim the fullness of who they are.I walk with those ready to shift, From pressure to presence. From performance to authenticity. From disconnection to divine alignment.

About Me

I am a transformational guide, spiritual teacher, and business leader based in Los Angeles. I am also the founder and CEO of Glorious Arisings, a conscious living company, and the creator of Luxaris: Arise, an AI-powered self-love app.

Before founding Glorious Arisings, I have served as CEO and Board Chair of Webb Family Enterprises, Interim CEO of CEEM, and on the boards of the LA County Fair Association and Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Healthcare. My work bridges inner transformation with real-world leadership: helping people awaken to the truth of who they are and remember the divine light that has always lived within them.

I invite others to be fully seen, deeply heard, and wholly embraced for who they are.

Through Glorious Arisings, I’ve built a movement devoted to well-being, self-love, and soul-aligned living. My mission is to remind every person that what they seek is not outside of them; it’s within.

Through my teachings, frameworks, and the technology we’re developing, my intention is to make that remembrance accessible to all.
